Courgettes à la Coriandre

Du sel, du poivre

Couper les courgettes en petits cubes et les faire sauter à l'huile d'olive en les gardant croquantes. Saler et poivrer.
Hors du feu, ajouter de l'ail pressé et de la coriandre ciselée.
Servir froid ou chaud.
