Eh oui, le temps des vacances est arrivé pour moi et ma petite famille.

Rendez-vous dans quelques semaines pour la suite...

Comme le mélange cerises-pistaches semble vous avoir bien plu, je poste ma recette du clafoutis cerises-pistaches qui fait un malheur à la maison.

Clafoutis Cerises-Pistaches

750g de cerises (demi-aigres et dénoyautées pour moi)
4 oeufs
125g de sucre
30g de farine
50g de pistaches
50g de beurre
25cl de lait

Allumer le four à 180°C.
Battre les oeufs avec le sucre.
Ajouter la farine, les pistaches réduites en poudre puis le beurre fondu.
Ajouter le lait pour délayer.
Beurrer un plat à four et recouvrer le fond de cerises.
Recouvrir de l'appareil et cuire pendant environ 40 min.

Ce mélange cerises-pistaches fonctionne à nouveau à merveille.
